Refunds: All subscription purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy. We do not directly process refunds. Please contact Apple Support for any refund requests.
Changes to Pricing: We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Any price changes will apply to future subscription periods and will not affect your current subscription period.
Chart Images: The App allows you to upload images of financial charts (stocks, cryptocurrencies, forex, commodities, or any other financial asset) to generate insights and analysis. You may also save and store your past trading charts within your account for future reference.
Data Processing: Uploaded chart images are processed by our AI systems to provide analysis. Your stored charts are associated with your account and are not publicly available.
Ownership: You retain all rights to the images and charts you upload to the App.
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you upload to the App. You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, harmful, violates the rights of any third party, or infringes on any intellectual property rights.
Data Retention: We reserve the right to delete stored charts and user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention practices.
Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by Dovish AI. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Any claim related to Dovish AI's App shall be governed by the laws of the app owner's home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dovish AI regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
